Spin Mary Spin (Via Negativa)
Stop-motion animation using a pinhole camera with 2 minutes of exposure per frame. Photographed directly on photo-paper - instead of film. The Madonna was painted in "negative" acrylic colours (no digital inversion needed). The final animation consists of 60 frames at a frame rate of 25 fps.
The project was developed as a part of the "Being Willie Deporteere" -workshop in PAF, St. Erme.
